Verizon Wireless and LG announce the LG enV3

Verizon Wireless is set to show off a semi-smart handset, the enV3 manufactured by LG. It looks basically the same as the enV2 but differs in the numeric keypad which is a bit more stylish, the QWERTY layout’s been tweaked with a dedicated text messaging button that makes it easy to message friends and family, and the camera’s been bumped up to 3 megapixels.
Other features include a full HTML Web browser, visual voice mail support, up to 16GB microSD card support, EV-DO Rev. The enV Touch can also read Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat (PDF) documents. There are also high-speed EV-DO, visual voice mail support, a microSD card slot with support for up to 16GB, and a music player with V Cast support. The env3 also has support for Verizon applications, like Visual Voice Mail, VZ Navigator, Chaperone Parent-capable. The enV3 is now available and it comes with a two-year customer agreement and a mail-in rebate.
