Reviewing the LG L1400
Released for Cingular Wireless, the LG L1400 is a treat for the eyes,
inside and out, with features guaranteed to appeal to mobile
consumers.
The stylish LG L1400 offers an improved take on the carrier’s equally
sleek, silver LG L1200. Though it has almost the same feature set, the
L1400 offers a more refined design than its predecessor. Instead of a
monochrome external display, it boasts a 65,000-color external screen
that also shows photo caller ID.
The display even acts as a viewfinder for self-portraits, so there’s
no need for a mirror. Containing an integrated VGA camera, the L1400
features digital zoom, white balance adjustment, color effects
adjustments and multi-shot capability, which allow users to take up to
nine shots in a row. Additionally, two color displays allow for
multimedia impact, while AOL Instant Messenger lets users chat from
anywhere.
The game collection included in the LG L1400 is running on J2ME,
having cool little games to play with! Not surprisingly, being
standard in all cell phone, the L1400 has support for both SMS and
EMS. It also supports MMS messaging to send all your multimedia
messages!
The LG L1400 cell phone charger is equipped with the highest quality
fuse to ensure protection to your valuable LG L1400 Cell phone.
Other differences include a relocated camera lens (now placed above
the external screen) and more-spacious navigation controls. The L1400
is fairly priced at $229, but you should be able to find it for less
with a service plan.
